Tomato sauce is value adding food item served with other foods. It can be prepared easily following some easy steps. At first, tomatoes are bought from the market. Then these are sorted and the rotten ones are removed. After that, the fresh ones are cleaned. Next, they are smashed and the juice is extracted. Now the juice is boiled for 30 minutes. After some time, salt, sugar and chilli powder are added to the juice. Then it is cooked well and the mixture turns into a sauce. Later it is put into sterilised bottles and sealed. Finally, tomato sauce is sent to the market for sale.
