Fried rice is a very tasty Indian dish. Preparation of Fried rice takes time. But it can be prepared easily at home. At first vegetables like carrots, beans capsicum and green peas are washed in clean water. Then these are cut into fine pieces. Now, these are fried at low temperatures. After that fine rice is washed clean and simmered in little water until it becomes soft. Now little ghee or refined ground nut oil is taken in a pot. All the fried vegetables, cashew nuts, ground nuts, raisins, cardamom and cloves are mixed up with the rice. Then some salt and sugar are added too to the rice. Then the pot is put over the oven for some time at medium temperature. Finally, fried rice is ready and served to the guests.
