Such a man enjoys life. To live well we need money. But money can’t buy health. A man in ill health can’t enjoy wealth. He always remains gloomy. So health is called wealth. To keep good health we must take a balanced diet and regular exercise. We must also think good, do good and feel good. Good health is a matter of the body. It’s also a matter of the mind. It is a man’s best asset. But, it is sad, most men feel it only when they lose it.
